Whenever you post any questions for listing on TestCampus you agree to provide true, accurate, original and complete information.

You also agree to abide by and follow the guidelines, rules as laid down by TestCampus, which may be updated from time to time.  You agree not to hold TestCampus liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of your usage or as a result of the presence of such independent retailers, advertisers or other users on the site.

TestCampus reserves the sole right to terminate your account upon the discovery that the information you provided is not complete or accurate or is with some malafide intentions.

It is also clearly understood that TestCampus does not claim all or any warranties, conditions, representation and guarantees with respect to the information, services or products offered by individual or any other party on TestCampus whatever expressed or implied. Read our Disclaimer Statement.

It further disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TestCampus, its parents, officers, directors, employees and associates from and against any claims, actions or demands, including reasonable lawyer fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from your use of the site or your violation of this user agreement.

TestCampus shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of various information, including classifieds or any  specific section  on its site except that of links on its site, to determine compliance with the agreement and any operating rules established by it and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government requests. TestCampus may  at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability discontinue or alter any aspect of the site, including aspects like restricting or terminating any user's right to use the site.  TestCampus shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on its website. Without limiting the foregoing, TestCampus shall have the right to remove any material that it, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the this agreement or otherwise objectionable.

You may cancel your registration at any time by notifying us. We may cancel your registration if we reasonably believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement or violated our rights or those of another party. This agreement is personal to you and  non transferable. The user agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and TestCampus with respect to the use of the site and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.

By accepting  to use this site, you agree that TestCampus is not liable  for any illegal conduct of other users and third parties and the sole risk entirely rests on you and including its associates or content providers will not be liable for any damages arising out of from the use or inability to use this site. You  agree that in matter of any dispute, the decision of TestCampus shall be final and binding upon you. You also agree that provisions mentioned in this section apply to the whole site.
